Technical round questions on the construction and HR round which was more of background check to understand the qualifications, character and the attitude of the candidate. The main check was on the integrity and code of conduct and ethics

Meet with HR, director, and managing principal. I met with the team at the end to set an expectation of who they are. The team was friendly and end up working well now.

I went through two interview rounds: the first was an introductory call, and the second took place in person in their office with the head of the department I would potentially have joined. After that, they completely disappeared. I followed up twice over the course of a month to kindly ask for any updates, but I never received any response.

I did get no feed back or return to my application since I am a non native Dutch speaker. I heard via a friend that speaking perfect Dutch is a big issue in that company.
