First a phone interview, then a virtual interview with the hiring manager, in-person interview with the hiring manager and Recruiter, half-day interviews with team and managers. The Recruiter I worked with stayed on top of it and made the process go smooth and provided guidance throughout the process.

Entrevista
Very good experience - everyone was very warm and welcoming. The team was accommodating to my work schedule and willing to work with me to keep the process moving quickly.

The interview was really focused on understanding your background, experiences and overall strengths. They do focus on various competencies but more so want to get to know how you operate, what's important to you, how you work with a team and how you approach/solve problems. Being a team player, valuing ownership and being supportive of others is important. Matching their core values (Golden Rule, Ownership, Innovation) are the foundation of hiring and growing their team.
