To improve the candidate experience, I would suggest: 1. Improve Communication: Provide brief, regular updates to candidates in the final stages, especially if there are known internal delays. 2. Vendor Accountability: Hold third-party recruiting partners to a high standard of transparency. Our process was complicated by the agency submitting a salary figure 15% higher than my stated maximum, which should be a point of concern for management.
