Had 3 rounds All are F2F. Interview dragged for 2 months and after clearing all rounds still they didn't invite for HR discussion. Later they gave update that my current skillset may be underutilized so we are not releasing offer. Worst interview experience I ever had. Wasting candidates time and finally giving stupid reasons for not releasing offers.
