Entrevista
There was no interview. I was shown around the building briefly then asked to follow an existing staff member on shift to 'shadow' them taking food out. I thought this was pointless so I just started taking food by myself. There were no questions asked about previous experience or what we could bring to the company.

Entrevista
Completed a 4 hour trial shift after which I was told someone would be in touch but heard nothing back. The trial went well and 4 hours is more than enough time to know whether you're going to hire someone or not - definitely explotiting free labour in my opinion as no compensation was received.
