This interview was to promote me from Director of Outreach & Communications to Executive Director. I submitted my qualifications and descriptions of my work and accomplishments at this organization and previous employers. After two meetings with the Board, which included discussions of how I saw the organization's current situation and future opportunities, and how I intended to fix existing problems and move the organization forward, I was promoted.
