This company seems to be running a scam or fake job posts. Really strange interview process where the interviewer asks you to use a demo over the next couple of days (one of their new products) and provide free UI/UX product design advice. It's like putting a job ad out for Software Developer and asking candidates, could you tell me how you would code this application? Just to fish out answers on how to build their product. I'd stay away seems like a sketchy small company.
