There were two interviews. The outcome is determined at the first interview. With about 30 minutes allotted, you need to be concise, clear, and impactful. The most important thing is to demonstrate that you are ready to contribute immediately.

In my case as a new-grad engineer candidate, the process consisted of several interview rounds. It started with a technical interview with 2 engineers focusing on my projects and how I approach problem-solving, then moved to HR/manager interviews about my group work experience, motivation, and future career goals. The final round was more personal and culture-fit oriented, and there was no online coding test—they mainly evaluated me through in-depth conversations about my experience and growth potential.
