After technique interviews, I interviewed with the human resource. She told me that the feedback to my performance is positive and told me the advantages of joining this company.

First I got an phone from the HR who asks me to go on-site interview. Then a standard TOEIC test. Afterwards, a sheet of C questions. Some are basic, some are advanced (pointers, array vs pointers, address...). The score came out immediately. Then we discussed some technical questions about the work. The offer was given out about 1 week later. The interviewer is nice and warm.
