Was decent til I tried to negotiate after the offer and they rescinded my offer. People were alright, they’re not flexible at all. I accepted the offer and raised additional concerns, they then rescinded the offer (their HR person, not the manager), and when I tried to talk to them, they were I guess too proud to discuss. Weird given they’re looking for talent but also weird given it’s normal to negotiate. Probably isn’t a good company to work for given this is how they’re acting just with interviews
HR was great to work with — she reached out to me initially, was friendly, and gave me a positive impression of the company. My conversation with the Hiring Manager also went well overall. The process was organized and moved fairly quickly. Made it to the next round with the COO and immediately felt a negative vibe. He came across as uninterested, very straight-faced, and showed little engagement throughout the conversation. While the discussion was decent on the surface, the lack of energy and openness made it difficult to connect and threw me off. A few days later, HR let me know I was rejected.
