The first step was an online video call with the HR, it took 45 minutes and she asked many questions and it was really boring to me... After that she sent an online technical test with 2 tasks, I completed them with 100% score but after 20 days they didn't send any feedback on my application and even I sent a following up email but she didn't answer... I think they have poor HR management with a cheap company culture!!!
