The Interview process was great, what sucked was the offer and dealing with HR. They low-balled me on the offer then the next was still way low. I felt like I was dealing with a car salesman and the car was me! If that is what happens when you try to get employees on board, then it sends up tons of red flags, especially when I don't need to change jobs but would like to for family reasons.
