The entire company is stuck in the 1980’s. There website looks designed by a child and does not function properly. Apply online, show up to fill out a paper application, take a dry erase marker assessment and IQ test from like the 1980’s (not kidding), get insulted by the manger walking out, and lied to about hearing back from them. I was exceptionally professional. it seemed like they are lazy and why they don’t wanna update. I don’t understand how you’re supposed to transfer working here to another company later in your career. Additionally, the position seemed like a bait and switch position. The job description was for a basic web design position but the interviewer only talked about advanced topics I know more about than him. He asked me zero questions about my experience nor knowledge other than do I have questions. It was ridiculous. I think that they think by listing the position as less extensive than what it actually is, they can pay significantly less than what is industry appropriate. I’m not even sure the position is real, but use it as a ploy to get grants or something. That’s employment fraud. Additionally, they are cloud storage company and the manager spoke of projects that were entirely unrelated matching subjects that don’t correlate. I don’t think they know what they’re doing or how to move the company forward but they can probably start by firing the guy that’s been there for 30 years, taking advantage of the owners. Their Google reviews are extremely low and I don’t know how they stay in business with that kind of rating. The building felt like a ghost town being completely empty.
