Contacted via email by Cyberspace recruiter. Set up a phone interview which was a very relaxed 10-15 minute conversation about my work experience and which roles and locations (they had several) I would be interested in.
I gave them my preferences and they sent me an email with a job application and a resume template form that would be used by the govt agency customer to screen my resume. I filled it out and sent it the next day. Cyberspace forwarded it to the customer who wanted to do an on site interview in Fayetteville, NC. Cyberspace worked with me to arrange a date that worked for myself and the customer and set up travel, overnight hotel, and a rental car.
The hiring manager gave me a briefing on the customer's interview process and what kind of things to expect. Government customer had about 4-5 people in the room ask me questions about work experience, technologies used, past projects, and challenging situations I encountered in my years as an analyst.
