I was referred by a previous coworker for this position. I essentially skipped what I would have assumed was a recruiter screen in leu of answering a few questions via email. I met with the Hiring Manager directly for my one and only interview. I have quite a bit of experience from a direct competitor and was interviewed by a manager who has only been at the company for about 3 months. It felt like a rushed interview, and it seemed like they didn't really recognize why industry-specific experience might be important but were more-so asking about processes. Overall not a bad process, but it was definitely rushed and not sure I got to speak with the right person.

Talk with HR, 2 technical interviews (first with 2 general questions, second is an assignment), talk with group lead / team lead and HR. Both interviews were rather simple, nothing too complex but good enough for judge of character
