Applied online through their website, was contacted about 2 weeks later. Phone interview with three engineers then on site full day interview including lunch and a 1 hour presentation. Took a bit over a week to hear back with an offer

I had 3 phone interviews: 2 of them with current Test Engineers and one with an HR representative at different times. The first phone interview lasted 45 minutes and the other one lasted a bit more than an hour. There were technical questions involved as well as questions about the position description in resume. They were really easygoing and the interview process was well structured.
