I completed a phone screen followed by an interview with an RM. During the interview, I was asked to reiterate my understanding of the job. I was told I would hear back the following week and never received any follow-up. I understand that not every candidate will advance. What I don’t understand is a lack of basic respect and communication. A simple update reflects professionalism and respect for a candidate’s time.
