I was asked to make a ppt about Cyntexa as a whole combining the growth achievements etc.
and made me present on google meet only (interview was online), then asked some basic questions about company and job role that's it.

there were four rounds of interview,first two rounds were written test followed by PI and HR round. In First round they showed us a zoom meeting with a client and asked us to write scope of work

Entrevista
I gave the interview in the first week of February. It was kind of a walk-in drive, but only candidates who received an invitation email from the company were allowed to attend.
There were four rounds in total:
1. Written Test (MOM writing)
2. Written Round (User Stories)
3. Managerial Round
4. HR Round
The overall interview process was very exhausting, as it took the entire day. Candidates were called around 8 AM and the process continued until nearly 7 PM.
I also felt that there was no proper management during the process, and referrals seemed to play a major role in the selection process.

1st round(Written)-
They will show you a meeting scenario, and based on that, you have to create an MOM and SOW.
3rd round(Manger)-
They will give you a scenario, and based on that, you’ll have to write the questions you would ask the client as a Business Analyst.
