They call over the phone and ask questions in English and Spanish. They also gave scenarios where you had to interpret in the opposite language. Then they tell you that they will call back within a week to let you know how you did.

The recruiter was 7 minutes late. She told me about the job, asked me what sort of experience I have interpreting, etc. (you'll find the specific questions posted already). I had a good interview. She cut me short and ended the meeting while I said goodbye, no time for that!

It was quite a short interview process. It was one initial phone interview, you an eligibility exam, and if you pass and meet their requirements, you get the offer letter. Easy and quick!
