1. HR Screening (Teams Call)
The first step was a brief introductory call with HR. It covered basic information about the role, my background, salary expectations, and availability. The conversation was concise but informative, setting the tone for the rest of the process.
2. Hiring Manager Interview (Teams Call)
The second round was with the Hiring Manager. It was a very open and positive discussion — more of a two-way conversation. They shared insights into the team structure, current challenges, and expectations for the role. It also gave me a chance to explain my experience and ask in-depth questions.
3. Final Interview with Department Director and HR Director
The final stage was a more formal interview with the Department Director and HR Director. It focused on scenario-based and competency-based questions, with a strong emphasis on experience in high-volume manufacturing environments, people management, and driving team performance. They were particularly interested in how I manage teams, develop talent, and handle operational challenges.
