Friendly, informative. I felt like they really cared about helping me find a role that suits my personality, dreams and education. I wasn't expecting such a detailed process. I worked in retail in the past so this was very cool! My first impression of the Company was that I fit right in. I started to question is as they educated me about what it's like to work folks hurting from mental health and addiction. I wasn't sure I was up for the challenge. They were right! It's hard work!! I am always on my toes and looking for ways to be the best me for the clients. But, something new, the interview taught me about my impact on a team. I felt like I found my tribe! I recommend walking through this interview process. You will learn about the history, the purpose of the company and the way attention to detail changes a life. During my first 2 weeks, I noticed that the founders were involved in daily operations and that helps me feel centered.
