I was asked to fill a qualification form first, which requires some specific details of my previous work such as how many lines of verilog codes, what kind of technique publications I read regularly. After that, a phone interview was settled. I was interviewed by a manger who was very nice. Questions mainly focused on my experience, accomplishment and my vision to the potential position. No detailed engineering question was asked. The overall interview is pleasant, although it turned out that my experience and interests do not fit their expect very well.
