They told us to fill a form which was non eliminatory. Second round was an aptitude test (it had logical reasoning and data interpretation questions) followed by a video interview (which was very basic and has one HR question and other GK based which doesn't require any amount of prerequisite knowledge). The second last stage was the PI. The personal interview was purely academic based. They asked us questions from 12th nd 11th class which are very basic. They asked absolutely no HR question which I found really bad. I think they were shortlisting people on the basic of scores and all. I found it really bad in general because they asked us academics all the time and this was the main criteria. They didn't ask us if we are interested in this field and what is the motivation behind applying for this firm/role, our past experiences, success and failures etc. If you're preparing for an interview, make sure you ready share capital, depreciation, amortization, ratio analysis. I couldn't make it to the last round which was second personal interview but it was general in nature. They weren't grilling alot.
