Long zoom interview with about ten questions. Asked about my experience overcoming obstacles in engineering and more generic scientific experience questions. A week later there was a second phone interview with more specific questions.

Entrevista
Simple application process with 4 questions meant to assess how you think about solving problems. Interview process included similar focus on how one would solve issues that come up in the field. As well as a lengthy scripted questionnaire about your experience and background. Very open about day-to-day tasks and how everything would work for the first two years.

Please describe your experience interacting with the business owners, residents, customers, etc., including your approach when individuals are uncooperative or hostile.
