Applied on indeed. Took two weeks to process. The whole interview process made me feel uncomfortable. There were two interviewers. The one who arrived late was really rude and ask me illegal questions, like my immigration status and my parents' immigration status. He even asked me to take off my mask and wanted to know my appearance. He talked about politics and asked me to pick a side. There is no HR department.

It was very very quick. The whole interview took roughly 10 minutes. The reception area was not inviting, dark, and no receptionist. I was brought to a storage-like room with old chairs and broken cubicles (almost something you would see in a crime movie). The interviewer was murmuring when asking questions and kept on going back to his default question “tell me more about...” He was absolutely unprepared and did not have any proper interview sequence. He was also checking his phone while I was speaking like 2 minutes without checking it would shut down a business. Someone lacking basic manners should not even become a manager. He even asked me about one of the certifications I am pursuing and told me what it was about like I did not know anything about it! He said, “you do know that this certification is for ‘project management’?!” The interviewer was very arrogant and rude to say the least. I could not wait for it to be over. I cannot believe I wasted my time for this interview.
