Very smooth process. Video interviewed with the manager and the supervisor i would potentially work under. They started with general questions and qualifications. They said this was mostly correspondence via email with international buyers that would frequently use online translators, and that deciphering (sometimes broken)translations would be the hardest thing about the position. It definitely showed that the two were really looking for the right person for the job. Though when I asked what kind of goals they would expect of me 3 months down the line if i were to be hired, they defaulted to just making sure i was trained properly after the first 3 weeks.
