Entrevista
The process takes about 1 week, consists of:
1. CV Screening
2. HR Interview 1
3. User Interview
4. HR Interview 2 (Culture fit test)
5. Background checking (e.g. social media)
6. Offering
Notes: AFAIK, I am an intern who was last recruited in my batch (so it only takes 1 week due to the onboarding process that is about to be held).

Pergunta 1
HR Interview 1:
- What are the details of your past experiences?
- Why apply to Dana?
- How you manage some specific-case problem (based on your current situation)?.
User Interview 1:
- Live coding (a LeetCode easy-level task. Noted that I applied for an internship, the difficulty level may vary).
- Conceptual questions on a web framework.
- Basic features of a programming language (static analysis: given input, we predict the output, and elaborate how the program results in the output).
HR Interview 2:
Explore more about your non-technical works on past experiences (How do you communicate to your peers and leads? How do you manage a rejection by others?)
