It was a virtual interview via Zoom. The interview panel comprised the senior HR manager, a project engineer and a representative from the safety team. The interview was brief, lasted 15 minutes, with each member asking a question and receiving response from the interviewee. The HR manager gave a response about the interview within 2 days and an offer letter was sent within 5 days after the interview. They did not disclose the salary range nor ask questions about the candidate's salary expectations.
