3 steps: phone call, assessment, then in-person interview. phone call is easy, the assessment is where i have qualms. i was given 3 days to work on it during the work week, they asked for 2 web banners, 3 posters, 2 digital posters, 1 newsletter, 1 story, 1 post... i completed it all for them to not follow up and only a week later after i asked for an update was told my designs "aren't at the level they're looking for", i asked for further clarification to help me in the future and was ignored...

The interviewers were very friendly however they did confuse me with another candidate which took me aback. I felt the interview was very casual, no formal questions per se - just a good conversation to get to know each other. At the end of the interview I was asked to do a design test over the weekend which I agreed to. Unfortunately once I submitted the test I never heard back from anyone at the company (not even a confirmation of receipt of the completed test).
