The interview was extremely unprofessional and misleading. Although it was scheduled as a technical round, there was no real technical evaluation.
Most of the discussion focused on irrelevant questions about my previous company and career decisions. When I asked what improvements I should work on, the interviewer laughed instead of providing constructive feedback, which felt disrespectful and inappropriate.
The entire process lacked structure, professionalism, and basic interview ethics, leaving a very negative impression of the company’s hiring culture.
