Phone interview with head hunter - this took about 30mins Online C-Vat test. Interview with GM - 1.5hrs, - mostly scenario base questions e.g how would you handle this problem etc - questions centred around personality and job fit down side I waited over 30 mins for the interview. found this a little unprofessional)
