Entrevista
Group discussion followed by a personal interview with HR. Once short listed, you get to attend an interview by the senior management of department you have been shortlisted for. After which the Senior HR and Senior management discuss and let us know if we have been selected. This process alone shall take up to 8 to 10 days depending on the position you have applied for.

Very smooth and fast. The interviewer was also very transparent with their feedback. I was endorsed to the hiring manager within the same day I had my initial interview with the recruiter. They mainly focused on my experience. I also appreciated how they described the role and consistently asks me if I would be okay or comfortable with the role requirements.

just a zoom call with two interviewers, where they asked basic questions so that they can get to know you and your previous experiences, as well as your working attitude.
Direct interview with the Manager, scrutinized every single line of your resume and questioned every part of it. Had two interview in totality only, one HR and one direct reporting Manager.
