I had a challenging interview process for the position at DBM.
The role had previously been held by someone with over ten years of experience at the company, so expectations were high.
The process included three in-person interview rounds:
The first two rounds focused on my background, technical skills, and the different projects I have been involved in throughout my career.
The final round was a CAD proficiency test, where I was asked to reconstruct a freeform surface from one of my past projects related to a BMW vehicle.
In addition to the technical discussions, the HR interviewer asked deeper behavioral questions, such as how I communicate with colleagues in difficult situations and how I handle mistakes when they occur. Overall, the interview assessed both my technical expertise and my ability to work under pressure and collaborate effectively.
