Entrevista
first CV screening then finish online test. After that HR will invite you to complete a video interview and if passed, you will be invited to the assessment center. The assessment center is half day long, very tiring and no lunch or refreshment provided. very very tiring day and the interviewers are quite strict.

Online assessment of 50questions, Assessment Centre (you will be assigned to a group and solve problem statements and then present.) and lastly Panel Interview with HR and MD/EDs or others. The assessment centre isnt too hard, just show you are capable of working well with others and able to lead.
It started off with a virtual assessment that assessed my knowledge of coding and software engineering. This was followed up with a 1 day hackathon that allowed us to showcase our technical and cooperative skills.

It was tough whereby a lot of unexpected situations suddenly come in and we needed to present everything in 10 mins and churn out slides. I am not sure what they are looking at too
