3 rounds- HM, Head and HR Head mostly situational based questions and about past work experience and how you solved different situations with stakeholders and planning around training, ops and prioritisation. First 2 rounds went really well however the so called HR head was not at all interested in taking the interview and was continuously busy chatting on her laptop and smiling seeing the responses of her chats. I dont expect this atleast from the HR head and this is a disrespect to the speaker. Designation doesn't define your behavior

Tell me about a time you had disagreement with a stakeholder
the interview was smooth . interviewer was friendly , clear in providing the details about the role and job responsibilities. All relevant questions were asked according to the role . HR round was good, HR interviwer was friendly and made me feel comfortable.
HR was very friendly.
