Had two interviews, took a while to hear back after the first. The first came a couple weeks after applying. First was a phone screening. Second interview was awkward and they seemed like they didn't even know what to ask me about so we just talked about my experience. The interviewers just seemed so stuck up and uninterested that it was really hard to shine even though i know i was a great fit. I didn't really expect to move forward because the vibes were overall just bad. Best part is, they weren't going to even get back to me. I sent a follow up email the day after and never had a response, then i sent another two weeks later and was told they moved on to other candidates. I was excited to interview at this company but overall i think i dodged a bullet - I am smart, curious, a hard worker, and graduated with honors, but i don't do well with snobs and would rather work in an open and encouraging environment where people can be themselves and work together.
