Hiring process what simple. I had an interview within days after applying. I was contacted by a staffing agency. I was told to go for a meeting at DEKA Research. 2 person took an interview. I was told I would hear back from them in few days. I heard the very next day.

Went thru a recruiter. Was asked basic interview questions and reviewed over company policies and culture. Not too difficult. Took about four weeks to receive an offer. Be prepared to answer relevant experiences and how it can relate to the current role you are applying to.
