It is a scam. I had a chance to interview for a CSM position, and it went well. The recruiter asked me if I'd be open to moving forward with the next steps and meeting directly with the Head of Customer Success. I said yes. I never heard back, even after 2 follow up emails. The job has been up on LinkedIn for 3 months now with over 100 applicants. I find it hard to believe that they are genuinely looking to hire.
