Very Informal until the final interview. I was required to present and write a report on a case that was given to me. Little to no direction was given. The people were very nice through the whole process.

They are professional, however they seem to remain very aloof throughout the interview making it difficult to find a connection. Often times they do not engage with conversation starters or respond well to questions.

The interview was relaxed and personable. I got to ask a lot of clarifying questions and the interviewer didn't cause any stress. They also were able to discuss several different job locations, since I am willing to relocate and had questions about the process.
