Four different agency recruiters contacted me for the same position at DEME. None of them could tell me what the salary range would be when they would contact me. I was interested in the company and the position so I sent my CV (without indicating my salary expectations) and they invited me for an skype interview with HR. I am a freelancer and took a day off to have this interview, as I would not have been comfortable doing this at my client's office. During the interview they told me there would be up to two more rounds more with technical managers.

They gave us a case study to prepare.
We presented it and then they asked 3 questions. I answered 2 questions of my team correctly.
Later I learned that people who did not open their mouths got a job offer.
Disappointed by the criteria.

Spontane sollicitatie, telefonisch. Ze vroegen waarom je bij deme wou werken en waarom deme voor jou uitsteekt boven andere gelijkaardige bedrijven. School jezelf met de huidige projecten zodat je hierover kan meepraten.

Alle gesprekken zijn ongeveer hetzelfde waarbij er vooral gevraagd wordt naar de reden dat met voor DEME kiest, geen technische vragen gekregen.
