HR call, Teams Panel interview with multiple people. Interviews were very smooth, and were good experiences. The panel interview focused mostly on resume experience as well as some not-too-complicated technical questions.

Poor experience. Started off really well. The HR Recrutier for Koch (parent company that bought Depcom) seemed to be very proactive. I managed to have a screening one day and a day later I was speaking to the hiring manager. Shortly after that, within a week I was brought in to their office for a 3hr panel interview with multiple leaders. Sadly, after this, it was complete silence. I was told I would hear back within the week. Didn't get any response, so I followed up expressing interest and was completely ignored for another 2 weeks... After over a month of waiting, I was told my background did not meet what they were looking for. Even though per the requirements for the role, I met everything.

Entrevista
Individual interviews followed by panel interview focused on situational leadership and cultural fit. Usually in pairs covering HR, peer, a level below and higher level. Notes and takeaways of pros and cons are reviewed by the group afterwards for an overall assessment.
