Their recruitment staff reached out to me via LinkedIn. Passed the initial HR interview, then I was interviewed by the person who had the role I'm interviewing for. She clearly didn't have any experience interviewing for the position as I was just basically asked for my experience relevant to the role. Interview lasted for just 10-15 minutes. Next interview was with the Department Head. Interview lasted for an hour. After that, no further communication. I just found out a few weeks later that they are hiring for that Department Head position and are still hiring for the position I applied for.
