Interview Process was simple. First time a Manufacturing engineer interviewed me. He asked only about engineering drawings. Then the Director asked few questions almost the same way. It all went smooth and easy.

Interview was very casual and non professional. Direct interview without any screening. Got a call from the manager for the interview. Every process was done in an hour. And I was asked to join the very next day.
