The process started with an initial call which was about a 30 minute screen. Then a video interview was set up. I interviewed with two people in the company and they asked standard and not challenging question about my specific experience, ability to understand P&L, handle conflict, and accept coaching. After they received those they asked to call two prior managers for recommendations and then do a background check. After this they reached out to do an in person interview where they offered me the job at the start of the interview.
