Spoke with recruiter in another city, spoke with manager via phone and then had interview in office - two calls and one in-person. Not the best interview experience. The recruiting process clearly didn’t deliver the DHG client service to potential candidates. Didn’t feel that the firm really needed new people, more like interviewing to build up the pipeline. Rejections are delivered via phone calls too.
very straight forward, HR was very helpful and the process was relatively quick. Managers were very supportive. I think overall the firm offers great resources for recent graduates and professionals

Entrevista
3 interviewers all asked about prior experience as well as open ended questions to see how good of a fit you would be with the team. Everything was casual and each interviewer was nice - no gotcha questions.
