After a phone screening I had an in person interview with three different executives in healthcare consulting separately. A junior consultant then took me out to lunch to review any further questions. Everyone was nice and professional, though I did feel like some questions were asked and I was being judged on criteria other than my responses (though other than professionalism, I'm unsure as to what they may be).

I applied online and a recruiter contacted me to set up a phone interview. There was no established timeframe given and I have no idea if I'm still being considered. It's been 3 weeks since my interview already. Was also asked office preferences. Your choices are Atlanta, Cleveland, and Nashville.
