I was contacted via email in response to my application and was invited in for an interview. At the end of the first interview, which was very constructive and friendly, I was given a take home programming test. After completing the test, I was invited in for another interview about a week later and met with the division President who gave me more backstory on the division and their goals. He told me that they usually have 3 interviews before meeting the CEO, but they had already decided to hire me based on the first interview and how well I did on my test. I started work the next week and have enjoyed employment here immensely! The staff and management are all fantastic to work with!
