Applying through AIESEC portal with CV and cover letter. 2 Rounds of interviews, one with colleagues and the other with management. Did not need to do any skills proofing test.

If you don't know german, how do you communicate with german suppliers who don't speak English?
The first interview is online. I was asked some questions based on my CV. Then I was asked about my personality. After the interview, 2nd interview was arranged within one week.

I applied for IT department. The interview process:
1. Phone interview with HR (took almost 30 minutes).
2. Got assessment that related to mathematic, problem solving
3. Last one, face to face interview with HR Manager.
I did not manage to pass the last interview. Huhuhu
