I applied on the official website and waited a month before the recruiting manager contacted me. The department head is based in the USA, so a 30-minute video call was arranged. The interview was relaxed focusing on the company, the role, and expectations. The department head was extremely nice, caring, and knowledgeable, making me feel positive about the work environment. He provided honest and kind feedback during our discussion itself. Although I didn’t get the job, I believe anyone working under his leadership is very fortunate. We need more leaders like him!!! Officially, the recruiting manager informed me in the next three weeks that another candidate had been selected.
