There were 2 rounds: first was a short telephonic interview, followed by an extensive face 2 face interview which followed a competency-based interview structure. Phone interview was short at around 15 mins minutes but the competency-based interview was around an hour and 45 minutes long. There was also a background check conducted by the company with the reference that I listed. Pretty smooth process.
